Chapter 9: I Have Never Felt So Bad About A Move In A Game

Well if By Land and By Air is solid, I'm pretty much at F5 already, however I must now consider whether that is my best endgame. It's really a matter of how people view me. Like, is Eagle a good take, are they seen more as a junior partner or a senior partner. What about Kestrel, they've never made anyone mad, but is that a point in their favor or not in their favor? Is Cat a good take? What about Bunny?

In the end the only take I don't think I can handle is Lion, and even that is more rep based than game based. But my options of the rest, I am unsure. I mean Cat and Capy are by far the best options, but I'd rather not burn down the alliance we spent the last 6 rounds protecting. Not to mention I am the one who made the group chat, which could just mean I get chucked at top 5/6 (I doubt you chuck me when we just got a majority, but at 6 when you still hold one is possible).

I think I have decided upon something. If I am to be at the end, the one whose game I'd hate to argue against most is Eagle. I have some points against them, but they have facilitated pretty much everything. However, I can not bring myself to backstab them. As such, if I make it that far and I win Final immunity, I will challenge Eagle myself in firemaking. It could result in me getting fourth, but going to the end with Eagle and Kestrel feels like a needle to thread. It could still be a huge mistake but I feel it's the best way to end the game. Of course, I still need to make it that far.

I think I feel it in the air tonight. Tonight is the most important round, it determines whether the round to the end is easy, hard or non-existent.

Honestly, I think my best path to the end is the just win out, but otherwise it's remove Lion/Capy this round and next, then remove one of Bunny/Cat then win FIC and decide if I want to go to the end with Eagle. I mean I'm assuming a lot of challenge wins I guess, so I probably shouldn't.

I'm...not sure. I really don't know, I can't read other people atm long term, only their short term goals.

I think Dog was by being someone that would constantly shield tribes, hilariously keeping him around was actually smart due to this factor, despite my misgivings at the time.

I've also realized that I uh...am not sure I actually want to go through FTC as a finalist, like FTC is brutal. It's more than brutal, it's so much easier to just be a juror or a spec, which might explain why I want to just go to firemaking no matter what at F4. Still, this is probably a temporary feeling, it'll probably subside the second I feel that "yeah, you got this, you can have a bomb ass FTC".
