i wonder, how powerful do y'all think half a jury vote is? also curious to see what's in the boxes Not that powerful. It's useless except in one very particular circumstance, but in that situation it will win you the game! It's just a question of how likely that ever is to happen. I think it would be nice if it could travel to the jury with a player. That way even if you don't make F3 you can still feel sort of powerful. ftc ties aren't that infrequent from what i've read though (could be wrong), so really, it's something worth considering at least and eh idk, having a jury be more powerful doesn't seem like the wisest idea to me?

I don't like Jury items. They don't really bring the intrigue until the very end of the game when there is already more than enough intrigue, especially in a vote close enough for a Jury item to matter. And having a game decided by a Jury item, while perhaps novel, seems like it'd be such an anticlimax. I hope it never happens.

Ugh just realized I forgot to add my signature reward of A Literal Pizza to the list of prizes.

so you mean one of the mystery boxes isn't a pizza?

Unfortunately no.
Normally I have the pizza as a non-mystery prize because I like seeing people wrestle with a reward that has 100% no relevance to the game but is the only thing with a tangible benefit.

Case in point, Dog bidding 2 acorns on it.

Holy shit can you imagine the absolute pure LEGEND of Dog if he somehow won the game off of the half jury vote?

i wonder, how powerful do y'all think half a jury vote is? also curious to see what's in the boxes I'm also curious. To me it seems straight up bad to bid for that because if anyone ever figures out you have it you are getting dumped before F3. But I respect anyone who, at this point in the game, is feeling like the road to F3 is clear and they just need to lock in the jury vote lol I had a power like this in civ. I just never told anyone about it, and so it never came up. I dont really want a game to be won by something like this either. It feels impure. It's kind of fun as a mandatory secret though; moreso than any other item, telling anyone about this is 100% downside, yet I bet there are players who are so ridiculously honest that they would foolishly share it.

I actually want to think of even more Pizza-esque rewards so every auction isn't always an Advantagepalooza. What are some other things that wouldn't affect the game but might convince people to waste their bids on?
"Winner of this item can choose Haschel's avatar on MS for a month." "Winner of this item gets a game of the moderator's choice on Steam that costs under $5." "Winner of this item can choose any picture of their animal they want and we will make it their avatar."

I don't get why Mongoose is bidding on the mystery box when he knows that the tribe is going to be a bloodbath. Whatever is in that box can't be better than immunity, especially on a small tribe and with the fitness challenge twist meaning these tribes can last a while.
