Does fbird = Kestrel? Why isn't it kbird then?

snowy owl called them fbird because he forgot what kestrel's name was and thought it started with an f
it's now an unstoppable meme

I love reading Snowy's confessional. They seem really good at stepping back and looking at the big picture. I like that they heard from Moth about their name being thrown out, and instead of distrusting everyone and clinging to Moth, they're skeptical of Moth and willing to talk it out with the people that Moth is ratting out. It seems like the best way to take a mediocre position and make it a good one moving forward.

The thing is, Moth actually said in his confessional that Kestrel and Butterfly are his two closest allies...yet he ratted them out. So it seems like it's maybe not malignance on his part, just incompetence. He doesn't realize that telling people that your allies are targeting them is not being a good ally!

Seems like everyone now knows that Moth was the leak, and this has possibly worked out rather well for everyone except Moth?

Poor Anglerfish. If Terrestria knew that Axolotl was going to stay, they would probably have a much better chance to survive.

thank you all, and if you do have a dissenting opinion please don't feel like you can't voice it. it was a tough call but i'm happy with the outcome. i'm excited for the triple though, it should be interesting! I don't think the decision that was made was the one I would have probably advocated for, but it's an understandable decision that seems to have worked well in practice. So, I respect that and also respect the transparency. I do find it a bit unfortunate that one of the players the judgment call was about happens to be someone a mod has repeatedly said is their favorite. And in saying that, not trying to imply that that really was a factor. I just personally find it to have been a less than ideal aspect of the situation as a spectator to it. I did enjoy the actual challenge concept, was a shame some players weren't able to do it.

looks like it's not working out for elephant. i think she clearly had a lot of potential if she had been around more, but alas.

I mean, I think when you have no way to determine which player stays, and one wants to quit and one wants to play, you take that as your solution. They could have gone through the formality of an impromptu tiebreaker challenge, like pick a number between 1-10, and Axolotl probably picks a number while Grizzly declines to do so, so this is the result you're getting anyway. Therefore I'm with the mods' call here.

They seem to have successfully built up enough good will and there's been enough shenanigans today I think they would've skated!
